| The beautiful 2008 Glendale Quilt Guild Opportunity Quilt is 91 x 91 inches.
It is made entirely of 3 inch blocks. The two blocks used in this quilt
are 9 patch blocks made with outstanding colors and a cream color background
fabric. The alternate block is Yankee Puzzle in soft cream colors. The quilt
is completely set in straight rows. The border is hand appliqued with a
green vine and leaves and colorful flowers. The border was designed by master
quilter Mary Ann Andrews. The entire quilt is beautifully machine quilted
in a soft cream thread. It has a wonderful soft, creamy, antique look to
it. |
